Kevin Hawke is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Trainer and current member of the United States Professional Tennis Association.
A former professional tennis player who attended The Ohio State University on a full tennis scholarship, he has trained numerous national tennis champions and is a go-to source for speed and agility methodology, having penned numerous articles for strength and agility for such magazines as USTA Tennis Magazine and Fitness RX Magazine. Considered an expert on multidirectional movement and first step quickness Kevin’s programs have produced a multitude of NCAA division 1 scholarships in a variety of sports. Determined to evolve his training program to an even higher level Kevin has teamed up with Corexcell an industry leader in sports performance training located in Catasaqua PA. ACE (Certified Trainer)
Patrick Reynolds has been involved in sports and physical fitness for most of his life. At a young age, he competed nationally in the physically demanding sport of gymnastics which he believes fueled all of his athletic achievements. Gymnastics provided him with the discipline, strength, and coordination he needed to perform at his highest level. Throughout his high school years Patrick excelled as a three sport athlete eventually landing a Division I baseball scholarship to Manhattan College. While balancing a rigorous academic and athletic schedule, Patrick also worked as a personal trainer for the Manhattan College Exercise Science program, designing exercise programs for students and teachers. After graduating Summa Cum Laude in the field of education, CBA hired Patrick to teach health and physical education. Before starting his teaching job, Patrick became a certified personal trainer earning a professional certificate from the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
Whether Patrick is teaching health, organizing gym classes, coaching baseball, or training clients, he continually tries to inspire others to maintain a healthy lifestyle. He believes that it is important to keep his skills and knowledge current in the field of fitness and enjoys attending seminars and reading fitness journals. In the future, Patrick hopes to become certified in the field of nutrition.

Jemand Has a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management - Fitness and Wellness from California University of Pennsylvania. He is certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and WITS (World Instructor Training Schools) as a CPT (Certified Personal Trainer). In addition, Jemand is a Certified Boxing Instructor through BFI (Boxing Fitness Institute). He is also a Certified Massage Therapist, which helps him further understand the complexities in sculpting and transforming the body.
